    I have quite a large qty of BC560CTA available as I use them in our product designs. It has recently come to my attention that this model has been discontinued and has been wiped clean from all electronic distributors unless you are purchasing a questionable knock off. Techs are having a hard time getting them. I have them - hope it helps you out!
    These are authentic Fairchild (ON) parts.
    If ordered in 25qty, I will cut from tape and place in an anti-static bag. If more than 25, I will place in anti-static and leave on tape.
