  • Size: 9.5" in Diam.
  • Condition: Condition is really nice though the piece does have a little foxing. I also see a short .75" tear in the paper up in the area of her hat. Its possible that the glass had been replaced at some point and its understandably slightly undersized as one can see the edge under the tin trim frame. The chain is solid and hangs in the original holes designed to hold it.

    Description

    This is an Estate Fresh ANTIQUE FINE 1900s CHROMOLITHOGRAPH VICTORIAN CHIMNEY FLUE COVER of a GYPSEY WOMAN in GREAT CLOTHS & JEWELRY.  These were poplar in the late 1800s thru the early 1900's and this one feels to be right around 1895 - 1910.  This Victorian GYPSEY Women is dressed in classic garb of the period.  Beautiful Hair and facial expression with super colors and jewels.... just beautiful.  Not signed anywhere but in great condition as described above.  Hanging Chain is good and solid as well.
