Collectibles & Action Figures Ship in a box.
Either the manufacturers or ULINE. Our friends at ULINE make the best shipping box around, at a minimum it's 200lbs center and 32lbs edge crush (2.5 times most "big box store" standards.  Some large specialty items will come in sturdy boxes from another source with similar ratings. It will also be packed with care , "billy" from the warehouse isn't flinging your item into a box as he rushes to pick and pack something else.
Soft (Plush and clothing) Items are stored individually bagged.

Everything I sell, except scratch and dents, are high retail without excessive shelf-wear.
General rule of thumb if the action figure is more than I'm going to assume it is for a collector and treat it as such.
Inherently collectible.  Star Wars Vintage, Marvel Retro, Funko Pops sold with protector, Mego, Super7, Diamond Select, World of Miss Mindy (She's awesome btw) and Comic-Con specials , regardless of price are always treated as beloved collectibles.

All our Payments are handled via EBay Managed Payments. You pay EBay via Credit Card or PayPal and they pay me.  If your credit card or PayPal is declined or problematic, I don't have access to your information so you will need to contact EBay.
International Buyers: If you are having difficulty making payment our use of EBay Managed Payments maybe adding a "wrinkle" to your checkout.  To complete checkout you'll need to be logged into Ebay.com as opposed to Ebay.eu, Ebay.edu, or EBay.(country code). If you go through Ebay.com it'll be the same level of protection it's just that EBay Managed Payments is not yet configured in every country.
48 Hours: I'm quite familiar with "life on a budget"; I grew up on a Farm with a Mom and Dad who had seven young ones to watch after (me and my siblings plus more).  Like EBay, we give buyers up to 48 hours to make payment.  After that an unpaid item case does automatically get opened, really simply, I get charged commission on those sales if I don't. Once the unpaid item case is opened I actually have no ability to cancel the order.  So if you are having extended difficulties making payment get back to me within 48 hours and I can cancel it out.  I may even be able to hold the item for you.
Negotiations: If the item is on sale you can safely assume that is our "best price".  If the item is marked "Or best offer" we of course want you to make an offer unless you want to buy it immediately to ensure no one else snaps it up.

Unless otherwise specified and very clearly marked -everything ships within 1 Business Day of your order-, you will also receive a tracking number in an automated message.  There is no need to email us and ask when the item will ship (you can of course but the answer will be 1 business day).  Our on-time shipment rate is better than 99.9% ; as a practical matter that means less than 1 in 1,000 orders will ship past that 1 business day.
Do we ship to APO's? Yes. My husband is a veteran of course I'm happy to serve the toy and collector needs of our military service members.
For APO/FPO addresses, transit time is an estimate of when packages will reach the military postal system. Transit time for US Territories generally takes a few days longer for Expedited shipping and can take up to 14 business days for Standard shipping.
Speedy Delivery.  We wish we could take full and complete credit for the multiple speed accolades but we are located near the junction of I-66 and I-81.  For those not intimately familiar with the logistics of US Shipping this is a major shipping corridor for eastern seaboard activities, multiple "Super-Warehouses" ship form near this location as well.
We ship almost every Saturday.  If your order is in by Friday at midnight eastern in all probability it's going out on Saturday. During the Holiday's we are shipping on each and every Saturday plus same day shipping if your order is in that morning.  We do close on 4 Saturday's a year for "events" those include NY Toy Fair (2nd or 3rd Saturday in February) , Haymarket Day (August) , and 2 other industry related events.
Most everything we sell ships via United States Postal Service (USPS) some large or specialty items ship via FedEx or UPS.
What does "Shipment Received, Acceptance Pending" Mean: It means your item has been delivered to the post office and in enroot to you.  We wish USPS had a better status message for this - but part of our speed in delivery is that we actually take each package to the postal service office here in Haymarket, VA.   They get scanned in in blocks of 40-50 packages and routed to your specified delivery location.

We've all been there, life's got you busy, but you need to get a gift there on time.  Expedited shipping options are available such as next day or in some cases even same day air
International Buyers: The best way to get a shipping estimate (and time estimate) is to add the items to your cart.  You need not checkout with them but that will provide you the best cost estimate as well as time table.  It's driven from USPS's current shipping load and country data.  This is going to be "shorter" in the summer and "longer" in the holiday rush. Our personal "speed records" include 3 days to the United Kingdom, 4 Days to Australia , and 11 days to Antarctica (okay so that's not really fast but pretty cool to get to ship to). Of course those are records, the time is highly variable and , again, the best estimate is add to cart and take a look see.
We don't ship directly to South American local's and a few others due to the propensity of items in these locations to not properly receive delivery scans and a few others issues.  Please utilize Ebay's Global Shipping Plan for these.

Buy with confidence! 95% of all returns are totally hassle free and free to return. We accept returns of unopened original condition merchandise for up to 30 days after purchase.  We cannot accept back items that are worn and then returned.  Items removed from the box and already played with we cannot take back.
Discretionary returns are "a-ok" if you bought something and changed your mind but haven't opened it "I changed my mind" is a perfectly acceptable reason to put on the return slip with EBay.  We know some buyers don't want to put that down as a reason or are worried we will charge them for return shipping - we won't. We would much rather have that, which doesn't hurt our metrics, than other reasons.
If there is something wrong or defective with the toy or collectible please reach out to us via Ebay's email system and we will endeavor to make this right for you.  Even with our packaging being the best in the industry we have seen a customers photograph where an item in a 500lbs crush seal box that left our warehouse as 8 inches high had been reduced to 1/2 inch tops....we are not certain which Elephant the carrier let stand on the box for an extended period but it does happen and yes of course you are covered.

Closeout Items are "as is" and cannot be returned through our discretionary policies, defective we still cover.
Prop Replica Customers: If you need to return something, please do not list "Item does not look Authentic".  We totally get it if you bought a Roddenberry Classic 1966 Star Trek Phaser , you receive it from us, and the item isn't "as-close" to the real thing as you would like it to be.  We understand that, we sell Prop Replicas; Ebay does not share that definition for this return reason.  What you are conveying to Ebay is that the item does not come from the Roddenberry collection; Ebay will send us a directive to stop any communication with you (we can't even respond to your emails), they will ask for our invoice from the Roddenberry collection which will provide to them , they will contact our sales rep there confirm the item is authentic and then close the return without refunding you.  We are almost totally powerless if you put down this reason.
Non-Defective Items, Paint Jobs, etc. We cannot accept back mass-produced products where the paint job is not what you were hoping, simply put, on items like Funko Pops which have slight variations in application the manufacturer does not consider these defects.  Totally cracked and defective we inspect prior to shipment.  However, it's not that we don't wish to meet your expectations it's that we cannot divine what you consider a "good" paint job.  That tends to be highly subjective to the individual buyer, what one customer considers great another may find wanting.  Smaller in person hobby shops are probably the best source for you.
Be Kind...don't be "that guy" with knockoff returns.  Please keep in mind we are a small business we love serving authentic toys and collectibles to our customers.  If you initiate a return and the item we receive back is fake we won't be issuing a refund and will be reporting the abuse of policy to EBay. Since we are an original merchandiser we know what the seals and packaging should look like, just keep in mind, this is actually stealing it isn't good for your karma.
