Liftgates are used to lower the contents of the delivery truck to ground-level. If your order contains heavy items and you do not have a loading dock, forklift, or other methods to unload the delivery, then a liftgate is recommended. We pay this exact amount per shipment to the freight carriers. We do not overcharge you for this service.

Residential Delivery Charge 0
Shipping carriers offer residential address drop-off service for an additional fee. Schools, military bases, home businesses and churches are considered to be residential addresses. Residential delivery fee is 0 which includes lift gate drop off.
Receiving the Shipment:
Inspect your items upon receiving. The buyer is responsible for inspection of all items at the time of delivery to verify items are free from damage, both concealed and visible damages.
Look for any indication of damage or tampering to the packaging of your shipment and make note of it when signing for your delivery. If the packaging shows any evidence of a problem, truck drivers are able to wait up to 15 minutes while you break the shrink wrap and inspect individual items for any damage.
