this is an electric heated oven and will require an electric hookup
this oven appears to hook up directly into the buildings electrical
their appears to be some corrosion on some of the exterior hardware such as bolt heads and the hole on the back of the oven (see photos)
the item was operational when removed
the item was taken from a state cafeteria
has been stored on a concrete slab outside under a tarp for a few months.
the heating elements in this unit are
480 volt
