Vintage 1950's Ideal Toy Co. boy doll. Stands about 28 inches. Marked on the back of his head Ideal 27. His head is vinyl & body is plastic. No breaks, splits, chews or stains. His sleep eyes are clear with full eyelashes. But his clothing is newer toddler clothing. I accidentally pulled his head off removing a too small shirt & saw his head stuffed with paper towels. His head pops on the neck but comes off easily if you pull on it. It's quite possible the head was on a different body originally but fits this body quite well. I've had him a long time & the head never came off before but I always give an honest description & opinion. He could be a magic skin victim. His head is the old vinyl that gets sticky & shiny. I wiped it off with paper towel & windex, temporary fix for the stickiness. He'd be great with playpal dolls. Selling him as is & am happy to answer any questions you may have about him. Thank you!
