Vintage Eye Chart

Description

Really neat vintage piece. Previous owner put it in a new frame that suits it nicely.
A lot of discoloration and I'm not sure if the paper is stuck to the glass or not.
11x18. Frame is plastic with glass pane.
I have experience shipping fragile items.
