Head rest plate is slightly warped - not very noticable.
Wow!   This is a nice example of an antique phoropter.  It needs a little cleaning but otherwise intact.   I've built a custom stand from 3/4"
plexiglass so you can display this amazing antique.  This is the "better/worse" machine that helped the Doctors determine your specific lens prescription.  This would make a great piece for display and nice conversation piece.  The piece is about 8" wide with lenses unfolded.
